Can you believe April is here already?! I can’t get over how fast the last few months have flown by. While I’m happy winter seems to be behind us, I want to keep working on being present and making the most out of every day and week! Whether it be fun lunches or work dates during the week, it’s so important to slow down and savor the small things.
April is known for it’s showers and that couldn’t be any closer to the truth in Chicago right now… Rain is in the forecast for the foreseeable future! While it may wreck havoc on my hair and shoes, I’m all about those May flowers. I can’t wait to see everything in bloom again!
One of my favorite spots to pop into is the Lincoln Park Conservatory. It’s the perfect dose of flowers and foliage when there’s none to be found outside!
I’ve been scooping up floral printed pieces left and right lately. “Florals for spring, groundbreaking.” Who can name that movie? 😂 There are so many great floral finds (and non-floral, too) at Old Navy right now and I just had to share some of my favorites!
Floral prints tend to be super colorful, which I personally love, but sometimes you’re just in a neturals kind of mood! I absolutely love this black and white floral print that I’m wearing, with little touches of green. It’s a print that I can easily transition to and from summer with booties and a leather moto jacket! It’s available in three different styles and silhouettes… The dress I’m wearing, this swing dress, and this jumpsuit.
I tend to get a lot of questions about Old Navy sizing… I’m a small in everything I’ve tried on so far this spring. I’m typically a size 4, so hopefully that’s a helpful comparison as you’re shopping!
