Friday Finds || Vol. 3, Week 6

Happy, happy Friday, my friends! It’s been a whirlwind week here in Chicago. After a fun-filled weekend last weekend (two concerts and a superbowl party, just to name a few…), the work week really flew by this week! I got a few great workouts in, caught up with some friends I hadn’t seen yet, and on Tuesday, I finally got my hair done for the first time in FIVE MONTHS! (I went to Cristina at RMCM Salon!)

My to-do list has never been longer, as it was one of those weeks where time truly just escaped me, but I’m hoping to get some work done this weekend in between plans. I’ve got tickets to another concert on Saturday and brunch plans on Sunday so it should be another fun one!

Here are this week’s finds…

OMG YOU GUYS — I got to go to an advanced screening of Isn’t it Romantic last night and OH MY GOSH, it was so dang cute. I didn’t get a chance to see the trailer before I went, so I really had no idea what to expect, but I knew I loved Rebel Wilson so I said yes to the invite! It was such a feel good message, and there were definitely some LOL moments, too. And OMFG LIAM HEMSWORTH IS THE HOTTEST MAN ALIVE.

Daybreaker is this coming week in Chicago! If you’ve never been, Daybreaker is an early morning yoga session (5:30-6:30) followed by a dance party (6:30-8:30) and it’s seriously one of my friends and my favorite things to do every month! You can come for just the dance portion, or opt for both yoga + dance. It’s seriously such an amazing way to start the day… Good vibes all around! The dress code is just “wear red” in honor of Valentine’s Day. Say hi on Wednesday if you’re there, too!

Last weekend I saw Lost Kings in concert not once, but twice. They were so good! And their new album, Paper Crowns, has been on REPEAT all week long. Take a listen this weekend!

I was so thrilled to see Jared Fried on the Bad On Paper Podcast! It’s such a funny episode, I was LOL’ing the whole time. Listen all the way through — Around 1:15, I was like YES, with the “fully formed” thing making dating more of a challenge as you get older!

I just ordered these $18 bikini bottoms (in all colors, haha) online and can’t wait to see how they fit! Fingers crossed!! (Free shipping and free returns so you can’t go wrong.)

I mentioned this last weekend on IG Stories, but I am newly *OBSESSED* with this Fré Detox Mask. It’s a quick mask (under 10 minutes!), but my skin looked and felt like I had a facial after using it. I was catching up with Lauren on the phone yesterday and she was telling me all about her recent girls trip to Charleston! Mackenzie’s photos are stunning!

Just pre-ordered Gray Malin’s new coffee table book… ITALY! My favorite place. 🧡

I really want this pair of wide leg pants! The sienna color is so versatile and unlike anything already in my closet. And call me crazy, but I’m majorly crushing on this metallic pair. Fuggin’ lovin’ how the model has them styled, too. Vans and a black turtleneck for the win!

I tried these sunglasses on in store in this week and fell in love with them!

This dusty rose faux fur coat is on major sale and is such a great piece to add into your wardrobe for the next few months! I don’t know about you, but this is the time of year where I get so sick of wearing the same jacket every single day and night. I love this versatile blush color for night time and weekends! (I’m also kind of loving this checked one for something a bit more edgy and fun!)

I think I’ve sold about 100 pairs of these combat boots this week, haha! I basically wear them every day and have been getting *so many* questions about them. They’re under $60 and so comfortable!
