I feel like almost every outfit I’ve posted in the last few months is some variation of blue and white, but what can I say? It’s always been my summer uniform of sorts! A little bit preppy, a little bit nautical, and always a classic.
I’ve worn this ruffled crop top a million times this summer, as it’s the perfect topper for high-waisted shorts and skirts. You can see how I’ve styled it on the blog before here! It runs TTS, I’m wearing a small.
This skirt is such a fun menswear-inspired piece that can transition easily into fall. How cute would it with a crisp white button-front shirt for work?
A little note about sizing, I always size up in JOA. (Typically get a medium!) The medium was sold out when I bought it and I didn’t want it to fit me as mini as it does on the model so I sized up to a large. It’s pretty loose in the waist, but it will work for tucking shirts in this fall! The tie is fully adjustable so it holds it up just fine, but if I could do it over, I’d probably get the medium.
PS: I’ve recently been using Switch for designer jewelry! How fun is this Chanel bangle? It’s kind of like Rent the Runway for jewelry, but you can keep pieces for as long as you want! Once you return them, you can place a new order and play with some new jewelry.
