Holy moly, you guys. TWO MORE DAYS. The moving company came on Friday to pick up all of my things and I’ve been living out a suitcase and sleeping on an air mattress since then. Today and Tuesday are going to be kind of a whirlwind tying up loose ends and scrambling to see everyone I want to see before I leave, and then I’m flying out on Wednesday morning!
I wore this dress for a Friday night out in Brooklyn a few weeks ago, as well as out for dinner one night in Palm Springs. (And I’ve got it packed in my suitcase to wear again in Chicago sometime over the next week!) I bought it at full-price (with a promo code), but it’s currently on sale and then an extra 60% off!! The striped maxi is versatile enough to wear with your Jack Rogers by the beach, or with a strappy pair of sandals for a night out on the town. When I wore it in Brooklyn, I went with a pair of black leather cut-out slides. Have you tried the slip-on trend yet? (Kind of hard to believe mulesย are back on the market, isn’t it? I remember wearing “clogs” back in middle school!)

This dress is beautiful, love the pattern, it is more of a subtle stripe than the classic. Love that you kept it monochrome with your clutch and shoes, but great because you can always change those up and re-invent the outfit ๐
