Show Stopping Sneakers

You know me, I’m a sucker for show-stopping shoes. Well, I’ve found some non-stiletto stunners – the adidas SPRINGBLADE. I did a double-take when I saw these sneakers in Portland and knew that I had to take them home. Talk about a pep in your step, these shoes are actually designed to help propel you forward. Isn’t that what we all need on a Monday? 😉

It’s been pretty mild here in New York the last week or two, and I’m crossing my fingers that the cooler temps are here to stay! I’m still having flashbacks from the heat wave that lasted most of July. The last thing I wanted to do in the awful humidity was workout. The thought of getting my sweat on when it was already so sticky wasn’t exactly pleasant, but I relied on the TechFit line to keep cool. I’ve been trying to up the ante on my workouts because vacation (hello, five pounds) and all of these summer shindigs are starting to weigh me down, literally. With fashion week just around the corner, I need to start breaking a serious sweat. You look your best when you feel your best, am I right?!
