There’s nothing I love more than a classic combination of stripes and faux fur.
My weekend uniform (and my weekday wardrobeย on meeting-free days) is usually fuss-free. Aย great pair of dark rinse jeans and a pair of go-with-everything booties is pretty much always the foundation of my off-day duds. Dress it up for a brunch with the girls or dress it down for a few hours of errands. Either way works!
I’m a sucker for a striped shirt, especially when it’s a turtleneck. If we’re being honest, I’ve gotten a few too many wears out of this swingy style. For this particular outfit, I topped it with a faux fur vest that’s also been a repeat offender in my winter wardrobe.
There’s nothing better than having a few go-to combinations that work every. single. time. you’re in a rush. Polished, put together, and purposefully easy. You really can’t go wrong with a striped tee and a faux fur vest! A few of my other favorites… A chambray shirt layered under a plush sweater… A sleeveless silk blouseย under a structured blazer… A classic white button-front shirt tucked into a printed skirt… A black dress with a leopard belt or pumps… White jeans with a flowy, printed blouse… The list goes on and on.
