Bachelorette Bash

This past weekend, I headed out to Long Island for a friend’sย bachelorette party! We stayed at a house right on the beach and had the best time visiting the wineries, singing karaoke, and soaking up some sun. After I made it there, that is. I haven’t had the best luck with planes, trains, and automobiles lately!

I woke up 30 minutes before the bus was to leave.ย (#serialsnoozer) How I made it, I have no idea. Did I mention I hadn’t packed yet? I mean, why would I ever do something ahead of time?ย In my moments of panicked packing, I grabbed the largest bag I could find (this lobster-printed cutie), tossed in my bathing suit, SPF forย face & body, and a cute towel.ย I grabbed my makeup, curling iron, 2 dresses, a pair of sandals, and I was out the door. Iย may have forgotten a few essentials (like sunglasses and a cover-up), but thankfully the other girls could help me out.

While I was sitting at the Starbucks in Manorvilleย waiting for my ride after the bus dropped me off, I picked up a few Starbucks Iced Coffees to bring to the house for the girls. They were a big hit, especially after a long night of drinks and dancing! ๐Ÿ˜‰

The new line-up of bottled Starbucksยฎ Iced Coffee beverages gives you great-tasting, energizing refreshment with premium Starbucksยฎ coffee from 100 percent arabica beans. Starbucksยฎ Iced Coffee ready-to-drink beverages are perfect on-the-go refreshment to help you through the daily commute, the midday slump, or an exciting road trip adventure with friends. Best enjoyed chilled from the bottle, look for it at major grocery and convenience stores, available nationwide.

Disclosure: This is a sponsored post, produced in collaboration with Glam and Starbucks. I received a Starbucks Iced Coffee sample to review, but I’ve been buying them at Starbucks since. The opinions shared in this post are my own.

I would actually enjoy reading about your beach weekend but it was disappointing that you turned it into a post about coffee. Seemed really fake.

Sigh, you and Hallie both hitting up the beach this past weekend makes me wish I had, too! I did spend a good amount of time wandering in Brooklyn, though…sans delish iced coffee!

I am loving the glasses these iced coffees are coming in. I’ve been spray painting them silver and using them as vases.

Lolllll… The Advil is a perfect touch. That flavor is my favorite! I usually cut it with a little water in a glass (I sound like I’m talking about bourbon; not a coincidence) to make it last longer. Tricks ‘o the trade ๐Ÿ˜‰

For a perfect cup of iced coffee every time, just tear open a packet of Starbucks VIAยฎ Iced Coffee and add 16 fl oz of cold water. Serve in a tall glass filled halfway with ice. Try it with a little milk. Enjoy.

I have to agree with the other commenters. What could have been a fun post turned into a blatant shill for Starbucks. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first obvious sell-out on your blog. How disappointing.

I agree. What’s with all the sponsored posts lately? People come here for your style…not ads.
